We can support individuals with their benefit applications, such as Personal Independence Payment, Carer’s Allowance and Universal Credit. We can also support with mandatory reconsiderations and appeals.
We can assist with applications for a blue badge, taxicard and freedom pass. We are also able to support with advocating with Transport for London for more accessible services or with making a complaint.
